A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Wednesday, December 13, 2017, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the La Quinta Inn and Suites located at 300 S. Salisbury Boulevard, Salisbury, Maryland 21801 concerning Brick Kiln Road Solar, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission. Brick Kiln Road Solar, LLC has proposed to construct a 5.4 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Wicomico County, Maryland. Persons who wish to file written comments, referencing Case No. 9454, are directed to address such comments to David J.
